The ElementEccentricity type exposes the following members.

Gets the default eccentricity.

| fe_ind |
Gets the index of the eccentricity in the fe-model. By default it is zero which is the zero eccentricity
which is always present in the fe-model.

| glo | Gets or sets the eccentricity of the cross section in global coordinates. |
| guid | Gets the GUID of the eccentricity object. |
| loc | Gets or sets the eccentricity of the cross section in local coordinates. |
