Step 1: Get karamba

Make sure you have at least Rhino4 SR9 and Grasshopper 0.9.xxxx installed. karamba can be installed for Rhino4 or Rhino5 32bit or 64bit. You will need to uninstall all previous versiosn of karamba before installing the latest version.

*Note that for installing Karamba 1.0.3. with the latest release of Grasshopper 0.9.0052 or higher you need to change the Karamba installation path to the folder where Grasshopper resides. This can be e.g. ‘C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0\Plug-ins\Grasshopper {B45A29B1-4343-4035-989E-044E8580D9CF}\0.9.56.0′ for Grasshopper 0.9.0056.

Step 2: Get a License

Included with the software installation*.

Once you have ordered a student license send an email from your university account or attach a scan of your student ID.
